Residential Solar Hot Water
systems typically install in
series with your existing
water heating system. They can
allow you to have a smaller
or less expensive water
heater, but typically do not
replace an existing system.
Rock Paper Sun is currently
installing EnerWorks
domestic solar water heating systems for $750
off of the suggested retail
price. We also offer
rent and rent-to-own
options.
Domestic hot water
system installs include:
-
One or more solar
collectors, usually
mounted on the house
roof
-
An energy pack and
solar storage tank
which collects and
stores energy from
the solar
collector(s)
-
Insulated copper
tubing connecting
the collector to the
energy pack, and the
storage tank to your
existing household
hot water system
-
Complete setup and
installation - Our
job is not done
until you have free
hot water in your
tank.
